A. Job description:
Responsible for working team, manpower arrangement for each order.
Responsible for technical solution to solve the bottleneck with engineering team
Checking the daily report to Operation Center on time.
Responsible to update the dispatching report to Operation Center on time.
Responsible to provide training to new employees (engineers, line leaders...)
Responsible to enhance operators’ skills, quality, efficiency and capabilities for each order.
Daily management of the field team and making weekly schedule.
Communication with customer to ensure each order are smoothly completed.
Support the field team for SOP making.
Ensure the attendance report is correct.
Ensure no discipline problem from the field team.
Assist the manager to develop sales and reach business target in HCMC area.

Bachelor degree in electronic relative major, more than 5years work in electronics manufacture, full experienced in electronics quality management;
Good at English speaking, writing and reading;
Good skill at electronic products and parts structure, theory, and quality, especially Open Cell and monitor products;
High ability in business and human resources arrangement, problem analysis and solving, customer satisfaction;
Good experience in computer operation, official software.
