•Lead, motivate, manage and develop the HR Support Services function
•Lead HR team to deliver world class HR support and services to production
•Deliver high quality HR Operational services that are efficient and effective
•Provide advice and support to production in areas of communication on policies, practices and processes,
•Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
•Manage vendors and other stakeholders with regards to timely and quality HR service.
•Managing other operational support functions like recruitment, on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions
•Provide timely and effective HR advise to production on long and short term strategies
•Develop people plan and strategy and implement it across different functions
•Support production and functions by providing tools, process and policies in regard to talent management, compensation & rewards, employment regulations, recruitment and performance management
•Post Graduate degree in HR or a related discipline
•7 -10 years of relevant experience out of which 4 – 5 years should be in leadership role
•Demonstrated experience in HR process, policy, systems
•Ability to deliver demanding production objectives and goals
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management.
•Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Good project management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
•Able to communicate in Korean is an added advantage
