- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with General Manager
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
- Working with the GM and Administration / HR staff, plan and manage the Business Development and Marketing
staff resources necessary to deliver the Company’s business strategy.
- Holds regular meeting with sales staff.

- Keep and build on existing and past client relationships to secure business opportunities.
- Handle and solve any Client complaints effectively and cooperatively.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
