TAL management trainee is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders from the most talented fresh graduated, via a structured learning and development program. Through a variety of assigned 6 -month rotations, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable diverse experience in different departments in apparel industry and meaningful contribution.
Who we are looking for management trainees assessing this program demonstrate analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership
skills; possess highly developed interpersonal skills; and are results- oriented individuals. Furthermore, if you meet the following criteria:
-FRESH GRADUATES in all majors (Business, Economic, Finance, Fashion, Garment Technology, Engineering,…) with maximum 2 years of working experience.
-GPA above 7.5/10 or equivalent
-Listen before acting, think big with growth mindset
-Good English proficiency
-Good computer skills
