•Meet potential clients (Developers, M&E Consultant, Main Constructions, M&E Constructions); negotiation terms and signing contracts.
•Responsible for P&L of Division
•Worked with the Principle (Rep office) for all logistic matters (place P/O, adjustment, negotiation on price, delivery, documents C/O, C/Q, P/L).
•Worked with Logistics, and Accounting departments on importing, delivery and sale collection issues.
•Built up Sales Team. Recruited and trained new 2 sales staff.
•Supervised and reported results up to BOD; Create and develop various marketing material for Division: website, marketing collateral, brochure…
•Set up Sales process, administration for internal Division
•Lead of ISO team; processed and supervised team to get ISO certificate.
•Successful closede deal on projects such as Riviera Point (700 units) and Estella Heights (Kepple Land); Vista Verde (1,100 units), Somerset (Ascot Group) and Seasons Avenue (1,100 units) (CapitaLand as owner)
•Entered to MOU for Lancaster Galaxy project (TTG group, Miss Ao Dai, 1,200 units).
•Get ISO certificate in 2014 and renewing it in 2015.
