- Prepare and purpose Salary & Payroll in monthly basis.
- Control and manage time attendant of our staff.
- Provide information on staff's benefits: Social/Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Personal Income Tax, PIT finalization...
- Prepare Salary Review/Bonus/Promotion/Movement/Transfer Letters.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are in line with the company’s and local regulations.
- Be able to conceive/propose a staff performance assessment program (KPI/PA).
- Preparing and storing records of discipline, the paper claims (if any).
- Update salary structure in a yearly basis.
- Others task will be assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
Required language(s): English
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
